So here we are enjoying that lazy lull in between Christmas and New Years... I won't kid you, I am looking forward to drinking champagne as our friends at AGiftFromIreland.com sent us a bottle for mentioning them in our previous post (www.agiftfromireland.com) and so here I am doing it again just in case I can get another bottle... hint, hint!
