To the unsung heros of this past week...

I know that these days it seems that everyone is getting labelled a hero and I'm not here to make light of those wonderful people but when it comes to the romantic chaos that is Valentine's Day the label of Hero belongs to those hard working folks filling our drinks, getting our orders and making our outing something special.  To those in the service industry we salute you (and yes, remember to tip!)
